On the occasion of the seventy-fifth Year of Independence of India, Parameshwar Raju created Bharat Mata, i.e. Mother India drawing reference from the much-discussed work of Abanindranath Tagore created in 1905. The image depicts a Goddess with four arms, holding the manuscripts, sheaves of rice, a string of beads, and a white cloth. Parameshwar has not moved away from his pictorial calligraphic form in depicting Mother, India.
